Beware 457 Visa Tenants
They know in advance their departure date. Most will not return. This leaves a potential risk for non payment of final rent and leaving your property damaged. Our Mentors know how to protect our investors but most investors out there are unaware of the Club and are falling into this trap. There is a greater need for more scrupulous monitoring of 457 tenants by letting agents. My thanks go to a reader for this information. If you have any thoughts please contact the Club!
