This story is inaccurate in so many ways and currently, our legal team is preparing papers to be filed with the Courts for the false and misleading conduct of the ABC in their continued refusal to remove the story from the internet.
The story accuses the Club of fraudulently altering finance documents. The ABC has now placed a disclaimer on the story that explains this was an error and that the falsification of finance documents relates to another non-related party
However, the Club finds this disclaimer useless and wants the entire story removed from the internet.
