Interest Rates DOWN!
Well, you heard it here first (actually over 12 months ago!) that the next move in rates will be down and down they have gone!
Does your loan start with a 3 in front of it??

The Reserve Bank of Australia has announced its cut interest rates by 25 basis points, to a record low of 1.25 per cent, meaning those with variable home loans could feel some relief.
That’s not to say that there isn’t some great value in the fixed rates as shown above!
As per below, this will provide a welcome respite to people with home loans, especially multiple loans!
