Don't Leave It On The Bucket List

Our success stories for assisting Property Club members in refinancing continues to grow.

This week’s we assisted members to refinance their portfolio of 7 properties.

    Table 1

We have been working with our members for several months and managed to save them $14,200 a year in interest payments.

    These refinances demonstrates several things:

    • Multiple security properties are not a barrier to restructure,
    • Both clients were 62 years old at next birthday, so age is not a barrier provided you have current acceptable income and good equity,
    • The savings are real regardless of rate rises as the savings reflects the difference in what you are currently paying to what you will be paying,
    • Borrowing is getting tighter, but lenders are still keen to get their money out there so opportunities still exist,
    • You will never never know unless you 'have a go'.

So don’t leave it on your bucket list.
