Property Club founder Kevin Young worked three jobs at 19 to get a deposit to begin investing at 21, and became a millionaire at only 27 years old. In 1994, Kevin started sharing his wealth secrets and success strategies with thousands of people, mentoring property investors across the country.
Kevin Young is an Australian property investment expert who built a successful career in real estate from humble beginnings. Born and raised in a country town in New South Wales, Kevin's determination to build a better life for himself led him to work three jobs at 19 to get a deposit to begin investing at 21. From there, he became a millionaire at only 27 years old through a succession of property investments.
In 1994, Kevin kick-started Property Club, which quickly became Australia's only consumer advocacy group for property investors. He shared his wealth of knowledge and success strategies with Club members, who in turn mentored and supported new members across the country.
Over the years, Kevin has bought and sold over 644 properties, including commercial, industrial, high-rise, low-rise, and land and house purchases. He has developed a successful investment strategy that enabled him to reduce his income tax to zero.
Kevin is also an author, having written the first edition of "Property, Prosper, Retire" in 2002. Today, Kevin continues to share his expertise and passion for property investment through Property Club and his various other ventures.

In addition to his successful career in property investment, Kevin is also a philanthropist who founded the registered charity Club Cares. Kevin personally donated $2 million to start the charity and covers all ongoing overheads from his own pocket. Club Cares is the charity arm of Property Club, and its mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities in need.
Through Club Cares, Kevin and his team support various charities, organisations, and initiatives across Australia. This includes funding research into diseases, providing support for families of children with special needs, and assisting with disaster relief efforts. Kevin's dedication to making a positive impact on the world is a testament to his character and the values that he holds dear.
