Interest rate forecasts and house price lift summary!
The most accurate interest rate forecaster in Australia - Bill Evans from Westpac gave his view on where the cash rate and therefore our interest rates will go over the next 12 months.
Westpac chief economist Bill Evans yesterday revised his forecast for the cash rate, adding a second 25 basis point cut next year in June, on top of an expected reduction in February.
Core Logic also release the updated numbers for the end of November 2019 and they show interesting numbers in our different States:
