E03 - Are You Under 50 & Making These Mistakes? (1 of 3)

This weeks’ episode of Property Investing with Australia’s #1 is the first part in a miniseries on advice for young investors.

People under the age of 50, earning up to eighty-seven thousand dollars a year are far less interested in property investment than their older counterparts; according to figures from the ATO. At Property Club we know that affordability is not the huge issue that the greater public is being led to believe.

The real issue is that young and first-time investors are being made to think that they don’t, and will never have the resources to buy their own property. In this series I’ll debunk the housing crisis myths perpetuated by the media and give you all the advice you need to start investing wisely.

Don’t forget these episodes are also available as podcasts, go to the ITUNES STORE to download an episode to listen to on the go!
