Property Club is world unique in the way it operates; a club, a real-estate company and a community of property investors working together to help each other.

Our success relates to our business model – working positively with both investors and property vendors to ensure both their outcomes are met.
by offering a one-stop-shop of services, assisting members through the entire investment process, we can source selected residential investment properties via our nation-wide stock list and a secure purchasing process.
by educating and assisting investors to be finance ready, we can offer vendors a national (if not international) reach by offering their properties in a cost effective way, reducing their marketing costs substantially and increasing their turnover.
Property Club Protection
Property Club provides uses current and historical data when assisting members through their investment journies. However past performace which may not be indicative of future results, so we beleive it is our duty of care to ensure that all Club Members who purchase a property through us receive their own independent legal advice and their funder provides their own independent valuation service.
As a Property Club member you do not pay any membership fees. The cost of providing member vervices is met by our venders.
The vendor pays commission (same as real estate agent commission) and marketing fees to Property Club when their properties are purchased by our members. These funds aer used to cover all our member services and operation costs.
In line with legislation, all fees, costs and commissions are fully disclosed to both the buyer and seller before they make a commitment. We only charge commission and expenses in accordance wit hreal estate laws.
How does this affect the property price?
Club-listed properties are similar to or below local list price.
We can often negotiate added extras such as security screens, blinds, dishwasher and landscaping. We want the best deal for our members, and have the property ready for tenants from settlement.
In fact, our Property Researchers negotiate to achieve the lowest price possible for our members. In most cases they’ll obtain a pre-listing valuation to establish a fair price.
Volume for Vendors
Our ability to sell higher volumes of quality residential properties helps us secure lower prices for our members.
Vendors only pay commission to Property Club if and when their properties sell. This provides them with certainty – no add-on advertising or promotion costs and no ‘offers’ to reduce the asking price. It’s an all-inclusive fee.
