Due to the unique nature of Property Club’s free membership and free services, our business model is funded through property sales. By holding Real Estate Agent licences in all states, we are able to negotiate marketing fees and commissions from vendors, which in turn fund all the services we offer members.
Part of these funds are allocated to the Franchisee who establishes the sale, enabling them to run their business and generate profits. The profit potential is therefore purely driven by your own performance and is only limited by you.
Because our members appreciate the “no catches” approach and know that we only offer quality property, screened by our selection criteria, they are more likely to purchase through Property Club. Their satisfaction in our service often results in repeat business and, of course, referrals. The growth potential for successful Franchisees therefore becomes exponential.

Training and Assistance Provided
New Franchisees will benefit from an intensive four week training program in their state, followed by 10 months of Mentorship. Franchisees will be monitored and supported through the entire settlement process of a typical house and land, and will receive training in how to follow up and support their Members.
In addition, all Franchisees will have weekly Sales and Marketing Webinars with the General Manager or Sales Director and receive continual bimonthly training, rotating around Australia.
Leads and Marketing
New businesses will be allocated 250 existing Property Club members. We will assist with a local area marketing plan, national promotions, as well as other advertising and PR programs. The Club will also allocate new member leads on a rotational basis.
The capital investment to obtain a Property Club Franchisee licence is $49,000 per 100,000 population territory, with financing available to approved persons.
The licence term is for a period of 5 years with a renewal option at a nominal fee.
Word of mouth “advertising” has been one of our best sources of new leads. With over 80,000 member families across Australia and New Zealand, opportunities to establish fast-growing businesses are plentiful.
The territories allocated to new Franchisees will contain a population of at least 100,000 although referral business will not be confined to these boundaries.
